In Yagma, helping displaced populations

This is a project to help people displaced by the security crisis in the Yagma refugee camp, a small town about ten kilometers north of Ouagadougou.
“We help them by bringing food: bags of rice, corn and oil, basic necessities“, tells us Brother Evrad, Religious of Saint-Vincent de Paul on the spot (in photo below, in the foreground).

Without our support and that of other associations and religious congregations on site, all these families would have been decimated. Burkina Faso is a very poor country, any crisis can be fatal.
Another consequence of terrorism: a few months ago, the President of the Republic was overthrown by a military coup. A new President has been appointed in his place. This new political crisis has further weakened the weakest.
There too, the prices of basic necessities are constantly rising, but for people who were already unable to eat properly, it becomes dramatic, vital…
Help us rescue them, thank you.
