Project France 2 – Minibus for school bus and activities

Action taken:
An additional EUR 15,000 on a budget of EUR 20,000 was missing.
The decision to contribute EUR 15,000 to the acquisition of this minibus, in coordination with the Province of Canada of the Religious of St Vincent de Paul, made it possible to ensure the completion of this purchase without delay.
Ongoing action :
At the same time, a minibus at the Maurice Meignen Center in Paris, in good condition but old and fueled by
diesel, was banned from use in Paris. Direct local donations made it possible to acquire a new one.
The trade-in value of the old one turned out to be paltry. Thus, in agreement with the Religious of St.
Vincent de Paul, the APJ-SVP Fund has decided to transport him to Kinshasa, so that he can ensure the
many local service needs.

With a contribution of €800, you make it possible to ensure the
customs duties and the end of transport for the provision of this
minibus in Ste Rita, Kinshasa (fees that we do not wish to deduct from
actions for the direct benefit of children) …
Situation :
The training and mobility of young people is one of the targets that the APJ-SVP endowment fund aims to support. However, a need appeared in the region of Longiron requiring the provision of a minibus: its absence created detrimental handicaps.
Among a few projects, that of the smile to be given back, over 10 years, to children who cannot go on vacation Centers de Paris (France) challenges us and motivates us…
