Clement Myionnet Association - Paris 18
The Clément Myionnet – Paris 18 association, created in 2009 at the instigation of Father Dominique Chéreau, distributes food every week from the end of August to mid-July, which currently affects 61 households, i.e. 236 people, including 146 young people and children under the age of 25 years.
More than 40 tonnes of food products are distributed each year for a market value of around €130,000.
At the same time, second-hand clothes are made available to families.
At the end of the year, a festive snack is organized and Christmas presents distributed to the children.
Ad hoc support on a case-by-case basis
The Houses of the Religious of Saint-Vincent-de-Paul have all been established in France for more than a century and the family spirit which is in a way their “trademark“, makes it possible to get to know the people who frequent Their houses.
Thus families in difficulty whose children frequent the patronage, for example, can count on an attentive ear and a solid support network.
The State cannot respond to everything and how many people find themselves in emergency situations, or in administrative stalemates! Our network provides these people with a response, moral and even financial support (micro-credits for example), quickly and efficiently.
